This is a sugar-free pie, so I’m very excited to make this pie. I made this pie assisted by my mother because she also really likes cooking. at first I was worried that all the dough would not blend perfectly, but after I measured it right, finally we both managed to make a pie well and my extended family really liked this pie.
i’ve made this with all almond flour and it was delicious! Didn’t hold together as well but we didn’t care. Add more whipped cream if slightly messy serving bothers you.

- 2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 3/4 cup butter softened
- 1 cup sugar

- Bake for 40-50 minutes, test doneness with a toothpick, just to make sure the topping is cooked through. Serve warm with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
- Nоtеѕ: If you do not hаvе a 10″ раn, a 9″ pan wіll work fіnе, it will simply need аbоut 10 еxtrа minutes оf bаkіng tіmе.
