Best chicken I’ve ever tasted with a few changes to the recipe. Substitute Minced Garlic for Garlic Powder. Add dash of dried oregano. Triple the lime juice. Add 2 tablespoons Sriracha. Add 4 tablespoons honey. Use boneless skinless chicken thighs instead of breasts for grilling.

This was so delicious and made the chicken really tender (I marinated it with the spices for an hour before grilling). Served it with grilled pineapple sprinkled with a tangy lime/salt seasoning).
